Othman is amazing. Best dry cleaner in the entire world. I had a very sheer light pink dress that got completely destroyed on the ends and it was highly unlikely anyone would be able to fix it but in 1 day and lots of panicked messages he has it looking completely new!! Cannot recommend Lily’s enough.

Wonderful service from Oz and his colleagues! They NEVER fail to get the most difficult stains out of any garment, and they always provide excellent customer service. I’ve taken in extremely high end items (>2k) as well as smaller jobs like laundry, but they treat everything with equal care and attention no matter the price tag. Whether it’s trench coats, jeans, canvas trainers—you name it, they’ll bring it back to perfect condition! I trust them for my most important jobs and would highly recommend to anyone searching for a dry cleaner, launderer and tailor!! Thank you, Oz!!

Incredible service! An evening dress I had borrowed was badly stained with espresso marks and, after a poor dry-cleaning experience with another provider that failed to remove the marks, I thought that meant the damage was permanent. However, Lily Wash was able to restore the dress to it's original standard with a quick turn-around. Couldn't recommend them enough, so friendly and professional - I won't be using anyone else in the future!
