When is a double duvet the same size as a king size duvet? When you get charged the price of cleaning a king size but the label on the duvet clearly says it's a 'double'. And don't bother arguing, the dry cleaner states that a double duvet can be more the size of a king (please tell me where you can buy these duvets) and this is why he charged me £35 for cleaning it.

PLEASE, if you're reading this, do not step foot in this conmans premises, please just go somewhere else. This is the second bad experience I've had at this dry cleaners, I don't know why I gave them a second chance. My clothes don't even smell clean, I was lied to about the cost of dry cleaning, the deceitful owner even told me he'd dry clean a tie for free, when I checked the receipt he charged me £3.25!? Then had the cheek to say "I'm not a charity" - Pathetic. My bill was nearly double then what we verbally agreed, the owner claimed 'he forgot to add some stuff'.. He is a liar and not running an honest business. Such a shame. Please avoid at all costs!

Steer clear, they ruined my wifes coat by putting too much solution on it and disintegrated the buckle. When i spoke to the owner he pointed to the sign saying no liability and not his problem. I was very polite when trying to discuss but he was just rude.

Spectacular members of staff I sent 2 curtains for a great price. It came out amazing; I can't even spot a single little drop of dirt. I would recommend all people to go here.

I have been using this dry cleaner for years. The customer service is great. They are always pleasant and helpful.
