At Chores and Paws Intl we offer a reliable cleaning service that suits all of customers needs, whether you are looking for a regular cleaning service or a one-off clean we have a solution that meets your requirements. We are a family business that prides itself on offering excellent customer service, every customer is unique and special to us.The App was created to make life easier, all our service providers are local to you, we use GPS location to keep everyone closer together. We cover almost every area in London and continue to expand our coverage. Our mission is to make all our customers feel happy and satisfied with the services we provide, our rates are competitive and we ensure all our service providers receive the London Living wage. We know how important it is to have the right “connection” with your cleaner, housekeeper or dog walker so we spend a lot of time vetting our service providers and continuously monitor their performance ensuring a high-quality service, you get to grade them using a 5-star system and only the best remain with our company. We do offer both services, but our End Of Tenancy Cleaning is through one of our affiliated partners please get in contact with them directly through the app for a bespoke quotation. A deep clean can be booked directly with one of our professional cleaners or housekeepers, we do ask you to supply all your own products, materials and appliances as most of our team travel to work on foot or on public transport. For a One Off Deep clean or our ‘ASAP’ clean we advise booking 1 hour per major room as opposed to a maintenance clean of 30 minutes per room. All our cleaners/housekeepers are trusted key holders, so you can speak with your chosen service provider about holding a key or make arrangements for your key to be collected from a safe place or secured key box. Our team have all got a DBS check and are thoroughly vetted through ID verification and references. If you are extremely happy with the work carried out by your service provider you can leave them a tip once you’ve received the notification that the job has been completed. We also politely request that you leave a review for your service provider as this helps us monitor their performance and is very appreciated by our service providers. (Please note when tipping your service provider will receive the whole amount).

I have booked many times now a one off deep clean and was guided by Louisa the owner who matched me perfectly with a fantastic cleaner. I now have a regular weekly clean and dog walking and I can't fault the service, very professional and always friendly. We have just booked a painter and decorator who is amazing a true perfectionist, Thank you to Louisa & Dina (my cleaner)

I have booked a cleaner on the app and the lady texted me that she can’t do that day. However on the app she was available on that day. I have send e-mail to the manager she never replied back to me. I do not reccomend this company. Not organised company .

They destroyed my bathroom and told me that there is nothing they can do about it. Louisa – the owner – seemed very nice and recommended I try specific cleaners from the app. I had one come over twice and she was ok. The third time however, chores&paws decided to change the cleaner I requested and they did not inform me in advance. I have asked for the exact same things and have given the exact same instructions as the previous times. However, shortly after she left I have noticed that the marble tiles in the bathroom had very weird marks on them. I wiped them off with water and everything looked fine, until they dried and the marks came back again. The texture has also changed and it is very rough and powdery – the marble was dissolved with something. There are drip marks and scratches all over the bathroom walls, as well as on the bathroom floor. I have all natural stone in the bathroom and I specifically asked the cleaner to only use the special wash up liquid for natural stone – which was clearly marked so on the label. She said yes, but obviously used something else - I suspect bleach or limestone remover. I called Louisa and complained and she first seemed to be very helpful and asked for pictures. I have sent that to her and then she said that she spoke to the cleaner and the cleaner says that she has not used anything else, so now there is nothing that they can do to help me. Louisa would not even consider that this cleaner made a mistake, because I do not see how she could have used the specially designed natural stone detergent and destroy the marble! That same detergent that both myself and the other cleaner have used. I kept complaining and saying that they need to fix this for me, that it is not acceptable to leave me with my bathroom completely destroyed, but she said again that there is nothing they can do, that they do not train their cleaners and do not have insurance for this, that all their cleaners are independent and that the cleaner should pay for this. What is the value Chores&Paws are adding then? I paid for cleaning to a company called Chores&Paws and not an individual cleaner. Now my bathroom is destroyed and I would expect that company to fix my bathroom as it was one of their cleaners who damaged it. Instead I am being told that there is nothing they can do and they completely dismissed me and stopped replying. I also got my account suspended on the app so there is literally nothing I can do. This is horrible customer service and completely unacceptable! I am now left with having to pay for fixing my bathroom – and I can just hope that my review will prevent other people from making the same mistake, avoid using them at all costs!

I booked one-off cleaning. Ok quality (not superb). The cleaner broke the foot of the hoover. Now, this of course can happen, BUT she never mentioned this to me, instead she has hidden it inside the bucket!!! I was here during the cleaning and when she left. Such a dishonest behaviour, I cannot recommend this company
