We have been using Four Star Dry Cleaners for almost two years. We are a busy house and they clean all our sheets, shirts, dry cleaning etc. They have always been amazing, very quick and friendly. They offer a fantastic service and we cannot recommend them more highly.

Today was my first time using Four star dry cleaners and I have to say that they are absolutely brilliant. I needed some clothes dry cleaned and ready to be picked up on the same say and that's exactly what happened. I left them at 1.30pm and picked everything up at around 7.45pm (he was closing a bit later than usual since he was very busy that day, a very kind thing to do for his customers). Raja offered good advice for what each of my items needed based on what I wanted for each of them. He's friendly, welcoming and clearly very experienced since he's been doing dry cleaning for 37 years. I payed extra for the same day service. All my clothes looked brand new when I collected them. I'll most definitely be using his services again, especially his life saving same day dry cleaning. Thanks Raja (and his team), see you soon!

So far so good with these guys. I deal with Raj who has been there about 40 years he tells me. I have brought in some trousers to be altered and some wax jackets to be wet cleaned. They came out great and right next door to me. BONUS! They also allow dogs in.

Disgraceful service and I will never use again. I would give 0 stars if I could but had to select a min of 1. I dropped a school blazer and tie with my son and was given a price of £6. When my son and daughter went to collect the items they were charged £10. When I enquired as to why they were charged more than the quoted price I was told that he only gave us the price for the jacket and not the tie. I asked why he did not give us the full price for the jacket and tie when we dropped the items, and I was told that I should have asked for the total price like other customers do. I cannot believe he did not think it was his responsibility to inform us of the full price in advance. When I asked for a price list I was told to go online to check for all his prices as he did not have a price list in store. I have attempted to find a website and they do not seem to have one. I think it is disgraceful that the business took advantage of young children whilst they were without an adult. We usually use Top Hat or Clean Box on Devonshire Road but I I thought I would try this dry cleaner out for service and price, and teach my son to shop around. However after this experience we will stick with tried and tested.
