claire rutherford1 StarDropped my brand new coat that had a small tear in the sleeve for a repair but ended up with the most shocking repair I’d ever seen! When I explained the two bits of material hadn’t even been stitched together and that I was really unhappy, I was told there was no other way of doing it and was refused any kind of refund. The man was rude, hugely dismissive and proceeded to start trying to the unpick the stitching himself which I had to ask him to stop to prevent damaging my coat further. Just appalling. Avoid at all costs if you want anything repaired!
They tried to tell me that was the only way to repair my coat and that nowhere would do a better job but I subsequently took the coat to a different place where they did a much more professional repair as you can see from the second photo uploaded!Tuesday 17th January 2023

Peter Greenwood5 StarI have been usin Lucy While Dry cleaners on Kings Road KT 2 for the past 6 years for both my personal use, shirts suits and trousers or trousers repaired or turned using their repair service but I also own Greenwoods Residential Estate Agency and we always recommend them for end of tenancy curtain or duvet cleaning. Zahir is the manager and always greats me with a smile, knows me by my first name and gives exceptional service each and every time. I really cannot recommend Zahir or Lucy White any higher, simply the best dry cleaners with exceptional customer service .Monday 5th June 2023
