Fiona Sainz1 StarAbsolutely horrendous service!! It is not one star rating but unfortunately I have to rate it in order to publish the review. They completely ruined my brand new dress and refuse to take responsibility. I wore the dress once and sent it for cleaning and it came back with a huge white stain on the front & middle of the dress. I returned it and the second time I picked it up they shrank the dress and managed to remove some of the white stain. I returned it again wanting them to compensate me for my dress. The owner Joseph was suppose to call me but never did. They apparently tried fixing it. I went to collect it the 3rd time (this has been going on for over a month by this time) and look at the photos... It looks like they tried to stretch and iron out the dress. Joseph told me he was happy with his service and cannot do anything more. He said he even removed the buttons and it was my fault that I asked them to dry clean it as the dress is delicate. The label says to dry clean...it's a £300 dress!! I told them that if they felt that the dress was too delicate for them to handle, then they should have not taken it in! They should be shut down. I will be reporting them to the trading standards office. I highly recommend not using them if you value your clothes.Monday 7th August 2017

First i didnt mind until I realised the clothing I collected captured that smell from waiting in there. This is the only reason that made me want to not use their services again.Friday 29th January 2016
