Justin Bland5 StarGreat service with a service wash, just drop it off and pick up neatly folded fragrant clean clothes. Really friendly staff too.Saturday 16th October 2021
J C2 StarThe attendant told me to put detergent and softener in different slots than the photo recommends. Can you please clarif ASAP as I think I just washed my money and ended up with a feather duvet that is now full of unrinsed soap😢. Of course. Of course now I have to pay again to rinse them.Monday 29th November 2021
Musa A3 StarIt has 3 small washing machines which cost £4. One of which was not working when I visited the last time.
It has 2 large machines charging £6 and a super large machine costing £9.
It has around 5 large dryers. The place is ok. Quite clean. It's in the process of having the front door painted. It does not sell any washing powders or detergent so don't forget to bring your own. Their is someone working there who can change money for you.Saturday 10th April 2021

Raza Tariq1 StarWent into the Laundromat 2 hours before closing with my mother and a friend. 30m before the last wash was meant to happen. My deaf mother asked if the lady could take her mask down so she could lipread her, she ignored her. Then we asked if she could show us how to work the machine. She stayed where she was and didn’t move. Then she refused to give us change to use the machines. After getting cash, and loading the machines, she started raising her voice telling us to hurry up, while kindly opening the door for, and welcoming other well-to-do white customers. We had one pound left to load after this point and after spending sometime trying to find it while also being hassled by the woman, the machine renewed itself and took our previously loaded cash while asking us to pay for a new load. I told the lady and she brought out £3 when we had loaded £6 after trying to explain to her, she still refused. Telling us to be quiet and being rude to my mother, while continuously kindly welcoming in White customers and seemingly also forgetting to let them know of this apparently impending 2 hour closure. I told her to watch her tone with my mother, and she shouted at me and refused to let me leave the shop to get the more cash which I needed. Wanting to hassle and insult us more. While I left she verbally discriminated against my mother’s disability, when my mother asked her to speak into a translation app, instead insisting on rudely communicating with my friend, while ignoring my mother and othering her as a result of her disability. She then threatened to call the police and cancel our wash, presumably she would have been unwilling to refund us even though it had barely even started thanks to her incompetence.
My biggest takeaway is one which is unfortunately all too common in an area like Richmond. Don’t go here unless you’re white and middle/upper class.Saturday 21st November 2020
